21y/o I want a full and complete hysterectomy

*I'm seeking advice*
I'm a 21 years old, African American and I seriously want a hysterectomy. Since I started my period at 12 years old I have had knife stabbing pains throughout my lower abdomen, lower back, and vagina. My periods are always heavy. My pads are always soaked in blood. I know for a fact my periods are not normal because they always repeat way too often. In the last four months I've had double periods back to back in the same month. Ever since I started the cycle I never wanted children so if cleared to have a hysterectomy I would not regret. I've always wanted to adopt since I was 5 years old actually. Ever since I heard the story of Moses in the bible. So trust me not having the ability to bear children is not a loss for me. I love kids I just have a heart to adopt. My family members (mainly the female nurses) tell me no OB/GYN will do the surgery at my age and that I have to wait until I'm 30. If I could describe the pain that I go through every time I'd tell you I scream. I scream when my period starts because the knife stabbing pains wake me up in the middle of the night and last for nearly 3 mins. When I'm going to the restroom I sit on the toilet and the pains starts up so again I'm screaming and crying for about 3 mins. The pain gets worse and worse. I have yet to go to the doctor but I want to know by posting this do I have a chance of getting a hysterectomy. I can't wait anymore. The pain is too much. Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Midol does not work anymore. I don't want medicine I want the uterus out completely out.

*Background info: I'm African American, 21 y/o, my height is 5'5, my weight is 148, pescatarian (I don't eat meat I eat fish, fruits & veggies), both my parents are African (born and raised in Africa) so I'm first generation in American. Never broken a bone or been to the hospital. I get sick with the cold once a year (usually in January when its freezing) that's it. I currently do not take birth control (I have yet to see a physician — please see last reason at the very bottom), I'm currently not sexually active and the last time that I had sex was a 1 year ago. Single, no kids, never been pregnant, never had a an abortion. I have received the HPV vaccine.

**Symptoms: Heavy bleeding during periods, fullness in my lower abdomen, lower back pain during periods, enlargement of the lower abdomen during periods (I look about 2-3 months pregnant and during some periods I can't suck in my gut).

***Family History: Mom had fibroids and lost a baby had the fibroids removed but kept her uterus she still has periods. I think I might have them considering the symptoms. If a doctor confirms that I do when I go get checked I would still want a complete hysterectomy. Mom's anemic and I have been too (we both take iron vitamins).

****The only reason I haven't gone to a OB/GYN before now is because of insurance issues with my mom's work insurance. It wouldn't cover me for OB/GYN checks before but now the policy changed and will cover me now for pap smear, birth control, and general OB/GYN check ups.
