Is it better to switch from Xanax to Clobazam? Is it less addictive. I red somewhere on a website it is better for you.

Ask your doctor these type of questions.

Xanax works fine for me but I usually only take between .25 and .5 a day until I get my CBT working for me

i love clonazepam, it works immediately cuttin off the maddening thoughts and feelings. I take .25 as needed.
