Like everybody, I'm chasing down a mental mystery here. For the last few months I've experienced several incidents of panic-level dread with escalating need to feed at mealtimes. I'm scared to travel without food handy. As far as I can tell, I'm not hypoglycemic (blood-sugar levels always totally normal). I thought maybe breathing exercises were doing something to my metabolism, but now after reading about the wild things that xanax can do to some people, I wonder if my fairly moderate use of it (30 tabs of .25mg over last 90 days) has messed me up a bit. Any help?
