PLAIN x -ray examination of the left humerus revealed:-
• A rather transversely oriented radiolucent line is seen at the surgical neck of the left humerus reaching the cortex of its lateral surface likely representing a surgical neck fracture, with no evidence detached bony fragments or displacement.
• The humeral head is also seen slightly inferiorly displaced warranting further MRI and clinical assessment.

what does this really mean? i am not a doctor so plz explain simply
i am really worried

Basically means that the xray revealed a fracture of your humerus at the surgical neck. Here is a pic for reference where it was broken:

Good news is there is no serious fracturing, such as bone fragments all over the place, requiring surgery. You do need an MRI because according to the xray, it appears that your humerus may be a bit dislocated from your shoulder socket. That is all that means. Call your doctor if you do not understand.
