I was diagnosed with TB and currently on medication for the past 6 weeks, Rifater and Ethambutol, I have just been told by the doctor that the latest x-ray does not show any improvement. After weeks of taking medicine I thought I would see some improvement, I realize that 6 weeks is a short period compared to many who have been on medication for 6 months, however my questions are:- how long does it take to show a significant improvement on an X-ray? The medication is making me feel dizzy so I can not drive and I don't feel safe to walk for any distance on my own. How long does this last for?
