Q: writing while asleep

I do not know what is going on.
I have recently been showing some strange behavior, but it is always while I am asleep. This morning, I woke up to a strange and sloppy message I wrote Apparently while I was asleep on my bulletin board. This is not the first time I have written things while I was asleep. I used to keep a journal by my bed, and they're are things that I've written without even being awake. I thought I had grown out of my "sleep writing" situation, but just this morning, I found something I had written, apparently, and I was so surprised that I wanted to know if there was anyone else who has had this problem, or at least, what could be the cause for these weird writings.
Thanks!!

Do the sentences make no sense and grammatically are incorrect?
Do you like writing while you are not sleeping?

Sleepwriting or somniscription is a form of sleepwalking.
Contrary to popular belief, most cases of sleepwalking do not consist of walking around.
Actually, sleepwalkers do many normal activities that are normally associated with wakefulness, while sleeping (eating, bathing, urinating, dressing, cleaning, driving cars, whistling, engaging in sexual intercourse, committing homicide)
