it makes my wrists very unstable, i just started boxing and after an aggressive bag work, i started to have pain in my right wrist in this area, when i try to move it upwards.

I have been resting and icing it and the pain is reducing but i need to fix this problem somehow, because im not going to quit boxing, please help.
