I am having trouble finding this problem elsewhere, but I am practicing Wing Chun martial arts and I need to be able to bend my wrist back 90 degrees without pulling my hand back.
So my wrist can flex back further than 90 degrees, but not if I naturally pull them back without aid. Without using my other handk, it can only bend about 45 degrees. I just need to know if it is possible to stretch every day to eventually reach 90 degrees. And if so, what kind of stretches can I do?
