Q: Wound care and healing

during sex the skin under my penis connecting to the head tore this morning and sarted to bleed so what i should i do to take care of it. it has a constent pain on a scale 1-10 its a 2 im just wondering how to take care of it.

It is hard to suggest a home care without seeing the wound. You should go to a hospital and see a doctor who will examine the wound. Depending on the type of the wound he might put several stitches or leave it to heal itself, together with adequate cleaning and antiseptic treatment of the wound.
