Worry kills I feel it is cervical cancer. Please let me know

I am 37 and been healthy except last on year since when I started all these pain and issues. My period is always regular and had a healthy pregnancy 6 years back.
This month i got two period in 12 days apart and very heavy bleeding.My last 3 pap smear results are normal and ultra sound of pelvic( not trans vaginal) was normal. But this bleeding all of a sudden making me nervous and worried. I have started pill and bleeding stops but still there is brown discharge. I have lower back pain and leg pain too. I am scheduled to see my OB/GYN in 10 days once bleeding stops. I last saw my Ob/GYN earlier this year and he did my internal and it was fine. But not sure in 5 months what got changed and I am experiencing all these. I am really worried as I feel it is cervical cancer. Please let me know.
