I have arthritis in both hips and back pain. I take Voltaren twice a day (prescription) and also supplement with paracetamol at 3am when I wake with pain and sometimes other times during the day. I also am asthmatic and use serotide and nasonex as I frequently suffer from a blocked nose (was operated on for nasal polyps 10 years ago) I'm beginning to worry about all these drugs I'm taking. I walk 40 mins every day and eat a healthy diet and also drink 2 glasses of wine most nights. I'm 56 and female and peri menopausal. Any advice -are all these drugs safe? Pain at night is the worst part as it interrupts my sleep and in the morning I feel tired and not rested.

Hello and welcome to E health forum.

Medications that you are on are safe if taken only in the prescribed doses.

Your pain and fatigue are due to presence of severe inflammation in the body.

You might consult a rheumatologist and a pain clinic for proper guidance and advice.
