worried that i have a brain tumer

im 19 years and have been suffering from seviere hneadaches for about a week now.
it began with a swollen throat, i had a tempeture and was bed ridden for 2 days.

now the swollen throat and high temeperature is gone but the headaches still remain.

during my birth, i was delivered by forcips and as a consequence the right side of my brain was damaged. could the fact that i already have damaged cells and am suffering from headaches, be a sign of a brain tumer?
