Hi i am going on holiday on the 17.05.09 and have never flown before, i am extremely worried and feel that i may even be ill due to the stress that i am feeling when i have to board the plane, is there any thing i can take, i really dont want my holiday to be ruined but cannot help the way i feel.

Worried about flying
Fear of flying is natural and I am also scared of flying myself, however have forced myself on many flights. To be honest, you'll be fine but you need to get the first flight under your belt and you think 'what was all the worry about'! Good luck and if your really worried and the flight is long enough take a sleeping pill or some Kalms, this should help.
