I know that spot reduction is impossible and everything.... My problem is this: my stomach seems to be extra resistant to all of my efforts. so what's the deal? I'm wondering what my workouts should consist of. I've been very physically active for the past 3 months and am currently making it my goal to burn 800 or more calories at the gym everyday and I have been sticking to it for the past 8 days. I am taking lots of supplements and eating healthy for the most part I'm also increasing the amount of protien that I eat. I know it's maybe too soon to tell if it's working but I'm kinda clueless sometimes and I was wondering how many calories I should try to burn at the gym or how much cardio I should do or how many days a week I should work out and so on... if you have any advice I'd love to hear it thx!
