Q: Workout regimine

Hey all, I'm James and I'm new to this site. I'm not looking for anything very specific here, just for some pointers on different workouts / things that would work better in my regimen? Here is an example of what I normally do:
Jumpe Rope(150 rev)
DB Swings (30-50 reps)
Sit Ups (25-30)
Dips (12-15)
Leg Raise (15)
Clean/Press (10)
Push-Ups(10)
One Arm Row (15)
*rest 30-60 seconds between*Repeat circuit 3xs (3days per week)**2 days per week 30 mins of cardio***

Would love any input!!!! Thans Smile giggle

That sounds good but remember to vary the exercises. Try to switch the exercises after a few weeks so that you shock your body. There are so many different exercises you can do with dumbells. Good luck.
