Q: Working with viral infection ?

is it reccommeded to take time off work with a viral infection
if so how long can you take off.

Viral infection of the upper respiratory tract is usually not so severe that a person has to stay at home. However, the infection might be transmitted to the coworkers and decrease the work efficiency of many people.
