Hello, I've been working on my abs for about 2-3 weeks now doing a routine of
(sets of 5)
•crunch at max weight (dead)
•crunch with 50% weight (dead)
•bicycles with 50% weight (dead)
•crunch with 0 (dead)
•bickcles with 0 (dead)
•side plank 2x

every 3 days. I work out arms every other day as well as run about 8 miles a day, ontop of that I recently started to eat much healthier. I eat only: salad /w low fat dressing, oranges, bananas, baked beans, steak (lean), fish, chicken, grapes, garlic bread (yes I know its not good), green beans, peas, chili on occasion, sometimes PB&J, apples, potatoes, turkey /w wheat bread, overall a decent nutrition plan, I would like to get in more protein. I am 6'0 tall and weight 149 (yes I'm pretty skinny but still have a little fat around my abs). I have a little under 7% body fat last time I checked.

If I keep up this routine of working out abs, running 8 miles a day, and nutrition would it be safe to say I will have at least the apperance of a 6 pack by the end of July? Thanks for reading.

You sound like you have a good plan. Do you ever use weights for ab exercises? It will get you a six pack much faster.
