Hi, I work long hours (around 60) at a high pressure job. I am midway through my pregnancy. I feel exhausted because I have anemia and bronchitis I havent been able to get rid of for two months. I am eating too much and have gained way too much weight. I feel like I cant keep up at work and feel completely unhealthy, tired and depressed. I havent been in ny for more than a few years so I dont have anyone here to go to (besides my boyfriend). I worry about a miscarriage because I feel so unhealthy and depressed. I just feel like I need time to rest but I want to keep my job. My anemia is moderate and makes me feel very fatigued. I feel hopeless.
