After I wear my work books for about 5 months they start to curve inward. The left more then the right. This happens to all my shoes if I wear them on a constant bases. Not sure why. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong.

Thanks for using this forum...

so many factors rule this issue,like the structure of the foot,the shoe and style of walking.....even left and right feet are different....if you have pain or difficulty in walking you can meet an orthopedician...
