Hi
Work can be a very stressful and maybe the only stressful part of your day. But, we all have to work. It is just that the workload and the amount of employees to take on that workload has changed drastically. And not for the good. The work we use to get paid for we are now doing the work of two possibily three workers.
How do we cope? Good question. Finding a balance in your workload to make it easier. Finding a way to corrilate that workload better. Maybe asking for help when you need it. Just some of the things that might help you lower your stress level.

Work
Hi
Would suggest working from home at least half day. With tools like email - tel - and internet, we so often can if only you can think of a way to do it. Life is hell with bipolar as it is, so give it a shot,
Goodluck

When I was not on medication I use to only stand working 6 months at a time, then I would drop off and go a few months without work.

I would get upset with people and feel crowded, I would have to get by myself for a time.

Now I am back on medication but I work at home, I don't have to see anyone, I don't have to worry about dressing up for a fancy job, I don't have to wear make-up every day. I got rid of the stress.

I am on disability now so I don't have to work like before I can just stay home. I have always been a bit anti-social.
