i got hit in the face today by accident and my tooth now aches loads, i dnt hve braces and my tooth moves slightly . is it serious? what shud i do?

it dont ache no more but ive taken parecetamol tho . it still wobbles.....

Extremely eHealthy

it will tighten up but you should go to the dentist just to make sure that it will and that there is no damage to the root etc.
