Q: With-holding ejaculation

About a year ago I wanted to see what would happen if I prevented ejaculation by squeezing my penis when I was going to ejaculate and prevented it. I was in a ton of pain the rest of the night and could barely get to sleep. I think the pain remained for a little while after as well. I can still orgasm and ejaculate now. Is there any possibility that I could have ruptured or injured any part of my anatomy? I have noticed pains on the left side of my groin area almost daily, even a year after this, but I am unsure if this is related. I have searched the web but haven't found anything on this issue. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm not 100% sure. I would think that you could probably do some damage by doing that, simply because the pressure with which semen is ejaculated is pretty intense. You could have damaged your vas deferens, or a seminal vesicle. I would suggest seeing a doctor about it, especially if you're experiencing discomfort.
