My top and bottom right wisdom teeth are starting to come through and the pain is excruciating... The whole right side of my mouth is dark red and swollen. My throat is hurting esp around my glads. I have pain coming up through my jaw and under my tongue. Its hard to open my mouth at all and it hurts to talk, chew, and swallow. HELP!! Do i need to go to the dentist asap? Is there any thing i can do at home? No orajel or anything seems to be helping!!! This sucks it started about 4 days ago or so
