I am in some desperate need of some advice. I know there are a lot of questions like these that go around from paranoid girls and let me just tell you that I am one of them. My boyfriend and I engage in all sexual activities EXCEPT for intercourse. And our genitals have never come in contact with eachother except through clothing, but I try to avoid that because my fear is beyond what it should be..I have a fear of it seeping through my clothes which I know is virtually impossible! However, last month we messed around about 3 days after my period ended..I gave him a hand job and he ejaculated on my hand. Right after that I wiped it off really well with a towel, and then about 10 minutes later with that same hand (which was dry) I barely touched myself on the right outer lip of my vagina because I had an itch. It was more like a pinch really...but I immediately realized it was that had that previous had the cum on it so I quickly pulled it away. i didn't say anything to my boyfriend because I didn't want to freak him out, because he gets SO tired of me obsessing over petty things like that. Anyways, this month i DID get my period, and it was on time, but just a tad earlier. My periods never come on a specific date though, just in a general time area. Anyways, the period I experienced was much lighter than my normal flow, I would stop and start bleeding a lot. After 3 days I thought I was completely done and then SURPRISE when I looked down it had gone through my pants..gross I know. then the last few days I just had brown discharge and spotting. Normal signs leading up to period and everything, just the flow was really funky! Now my question is, I've read some places that you can still get your period while your pregnant and just never know that you are. So even though I had mine I'm still obsessing over the fact of "WHAT IF?" like what if what happened that night put me at risk. I've been stressing about it for a long time so I'm wondering if that is what caused my period to be lighter? Now I'm starting to feel nauseous in the mornings..and waking up with diarrhea..but it could be due to stress and the constant worry that I'm having. I know what a lot of you are going to say that the only way I can get pregnant is by having intercourse, and unprotected, but I keep researching and seeing all these scenarios where that's just not the case and I don't want that to be me! So someone please tell me if I'm making too far of a stretch here...and offer me your best advice Smile thanks so much

You don't have anything to worry about. Especially if your hand was dry. As soon as they hit the air they die, and especially if your hand was dry.... YOU HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT HUN! Smile So stop stressing and you can get rid of the diarrhea and nausea!

You are not pregnant, your hand was dry.
Your period came, which means, that all the nurtiens that feed a fetus when an egg is fertlized has been washed away. That's why we get periods. It was loghter or weird because you were stressing yourself out. But it came, so you are not pregnant, and there is no chance you could have become pregnant when your hand was dry.
When women are pregnant, they dont continue to get their period, they get something called Break-through Bleeding. Different than a period, OR they get implantation bleeding for a couple days.
The discharge was from your period.
Some women who obsess over thinking they are pregnant, actually GIVE themselves the symptoms of pregnancy, when they aren't pregnant at all. Which is what it sounds like here. Your are over reacting about this, if your hand had wet semen on it, there could have been a chance, but it was wiped off and dry and the chances of getting pregnant that way -if it was wet- are very very low.
You should get on some birth control, so you dont worry about this.
OR abstain from having sex at all, until you know all the risks of getting pregnant and how to engage in safe sex.
