If you are between the of ages 25 - 65 and have a health insurance provider that has a website, you are asked to participate in a 10-minute online survey. This data collection is for a research project at three universities: University of Wisconsin-

Milwaukee, Drexel University and Texas Tech University. The purpose of the survey is to investigate the role of websites and fair treatment in people’s decisions to stay with a health insurance provider.
