well, i know it doesnt hurt to take them, and it will lead to a healthy baby if you do become pregnant, so I would say that they are helpful, but Im not sure if they increase your chances. The earlier you start taking them, the better!!!

Trying to conceive after D&C
I've been trying to conceive my second child. It took me a little while on my first child, but now, the vitamins that I used to conceive my first child aren't working. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the D&C I had after I had retained placenta after my first child was born. Does anyone have any advice. My daughter is now 13 months old, and I've been trying since she was 7 months old. I want to have my children close together so they can grow up together and have a good bond. Any advise is appreciative.
