will the HPV/genital warts be discussed when i deliver?

I just recently found out that I have the HPV virus. My gynecologist never told me that I had it; she only told me that my cells were "abnormal". But, because of this, I have a genital warts breakout. I am also 9 months pregnant. My question is: will the fact that I have HPV/genital warts be discussed in any way when I'm in the hospital getting ready to deliver? I am the only one that knows about it at the moment, and I want to be the one to break the news to my mother, not the doctors. Can I ask them not to mention it?
