anniem0123,
Why are you going to see the physician? If it's to get help with you emotional problems, you should be honest with the physician. Most psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, etc would want you to be honest. They won't judge you, they just want to help. But, if you don't want their help, keep your secrets, but it probably won't be for the best. Besides the oxycodone is really going to get you into trouble. At least, see the doctor and figure out what's up with him/her.
Good luck.

Ok so your Doctor will know. I had to do my physical, and I knew that my doctor would see my scars. So before she examined me I told her that I didn't want to scare her but I had cuts on my body which were self inflicted. She asked to see them and I showed her. Then she had me contact a therapist. I felt so bad about showing my scars, but in the end it worked out ok. But I would recomend telling your doctor first. Good Luck!
