Will Plan B show up in a blood test that is testing for pregnancy?
I took Plan B yesterday and I had my blood test today.

No. A pregnancy test looks for pregnancy hormones, not birth control hormones.

It is however a bit strange to take Plan B one day and do a pregnancy test the next day. It takes more than a week (most often much longer) after ovulation for pregnancy hormones to start showing up.
