Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Maintain fetal kick count chart. Do not ignore the symptoms. Visit your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough evaluation to rule out uterine hyperactivity and confirm fetal wellbeing. Fetal position can keep changing until about 32-34 weeks of gestation, after which the room for movement gets restricted, and your baby stays in one position. Look out for danger signs like increase in intensity of abdominal cramps, increasing back pain, fresh bleeding, water leak, absence of fetal movements, etc. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
