This is my second child....and i am 7.5 months pregnant and havent taken my prenatal vitamins if i take them starting now will it help the baby or me???

Hi, and thanks for your query on eHealth forum!

It's never too late to start your vitamins, even if you are in the last trimester. The next one and half months the baby in your womb and you will benefit. Thereafter, both of you will benefit—the baby through breast milk. Do start taking them after consulting your doctor. Hope this helps. Take care!
