Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Elevated levels of TSH can lead to period irregularity, missed periods or light periods, weight loss, breathlessness, heart palpitations, fatigue, hairloss, breathlessness, heat intolerance etc. Consider being in regular follow-up with your treating doctor. Get a complete thyroid profile test done and visit an endocrinologist for further management for the control of thyroid hormone levels and control of symptoms.
Take care.
