I have ADHD along with Epilepsy, dispraxia and also I'm apparently just averagely attractive to some girls, which to me is annoying due to the fact I'm 14 on the verge of 15. Another thing is, is that my ADHD stopped some schools accepting me because they thought it would dumb them down. My ADHD (Attention-Deficit-Hyperactivity-Disorder) also makes me act strangely,I don't have a sevre case of it, it's only mild according to my G.P. Dr. Jeff Quely, (If that is how you spell it.) I am taking equesym and I want to know if my ADHD will ever go.

I'm 19 and had it since I was young. Yeah it's really annoying but you just have to learn to live with it. Thankfully meet a partner who has it too. You have to figure out the good points of having ADHD (there are some) and the bad points, ignore the bad point and show the good points off more. For example i am aweful at speaking around people and say stupid things and offend people even though i dont mean to. But my good points are that when people get to know you most people with ADHD are really entertaining and interesting people.

ADHD will be with you for life i'm sorry....you will learn to live with it, and control it as you see fit. I'm now 25 and have managed to get my life on track...finally. It takes will power. I know that I am a better person for taking my medication.
I too say the most stupid things sometimes, this is because our brains are moving faster than our mouths.

Unfortunately, the question “Will ADHD go away?” cannot simply be answered by a yes or no. No two cases of ADHD are exactly the same, and the future of a person with ADHD depends on a lot of variables. Some people outgrow the condition, meaning they no longer meet the diagnostic criteria of ADHD when they become teenagers or adults. Others continue to experience the symptoms for the rest of their life.

The key to recovering from ADHD is to learn how to manage the symptoms so they do not interfere with your daily life or your intellectual and emotional growth. It’s equally important to live a healthy lifestyle conducive to recovering from ADHD. This means eating nutritious meals with lots of green vegetables, avoiding foods with artificial additives, and getting lots of exercise. You can ask your doctor for advice on how to get your ADHD symptoms under control using time management skills and similar skills training.
