I ve missed my period for two weeks and i went to doctor did and ultrasound to check is i am pregnant but she said that she couldn't see anything in my uterus and told me to check again after one week while I've been having this brown discharge for 3-4 days? Am i pregnant or maybe a had miscarriage:(? or is it possible that she couldn't see I'm pregnant because its too early?

I think im pregnant......i feel like im going to puke this sort of light color pink when i wipe (sorry for tmi)always needing to go to the toilet for number 1 and 2 im craving things every now and them and seem to get full quicker please help!!!

Idk what to think...it's April 22 and I still haven't had my period this month..on Tuesday I was having a stomach ache and heartburn so bad I thought I was going to throw up...I had to run to the bathroom but nothing happened. Almost every time I eat I feel a little queasy but don't throw up. I've been having some stomach pains that send me to the bathroom and some that feel like cramps but no bleeding. I've also had some discharge and I feel like I peeing a lot more especially at night...could I be pregnant? I don't want to jinx it...

I agree i eat and then have to go to the bathroom and at night i get up and pee alot more but also during the day i aslo have discharge

Same here I mostly have discharge during the day. I want a baby but idk if I am. Sometimes I also feel like I have a "full" feeling in my stomach.
