Then you posted in the wrong forum. If you don't want people persuading you to wait until you are older, then, 1. Don't post your age and 2. Post in the Fertility Issues Forum. This is the teen pregnancy forum and most of us on here would not advocate you trying to get pregnant.

Why would a young man get fertility testing? That seems hokey to me. So he can't have kids now but by some miracle that will change later? Doubt it.

Why don't you go to the doctor and get some fertility testing?

It's important to finish your education before you have a child.

17 is young to have a child, and i doubt your boyfriend went to a fertility doctor. i think its virtually impossible to not be able to have kids now but in the future to have them. he just wants unprotected sex. And your both still young and although many guys say that they wont leave, the ultimately do. if you guys are that in love, finish school, get a good job, get married and then once your sure he is totally commited have a baby. that way you wont be left in a tough spot that comes with teenage pregnancy. and anyone on here will tell you it is tough.

It does kind of matter, this forum is for teen pregnancy. It is not to advocate teens BECOMING pregnant but to SUPPORT teen that ARE pregnant or parenting. You will not find the answers or support you want in this forum. Many of us teen moms tend to discourage planned pregnancy in teens.
