That is not too much information to go on. A yellow discharge could be anything from serum (the liquid portion of blood, also called plasma) to pus.

Though it is not uncommon to spot for quite a while (up to 4-6 weeks), yellow discharge is a little odd. You might want to speak with your gynecologist, for advise on how to proceed.
