Discharge of breast milk could be due to pregnancy or due to hormone imbalance due to high prolactin. This is seen in pituitary secreting tumors, PCOD and due to thyroid disorders. Please consult an endocrine specialist for this. A whitish discharge or substance can be due to overstimulation as in fondling, suckling and lactation and irritation by clothes. Hope this helps. Take care!
