Why am I always feeling cold and my immune system down? I take vitamin C and zinc, cod liver oil and also echina force herbal drops. All my blood tests were clear too. My cholesterol was slightly high. only 5.9. I lived in a very cold house 2 years ago and I was exposed to mildue in the shower room.

I read your question and i understand your concern. With normal work up immune compromise is ruled out. Feeling cold needs to be quantified, if its due to climate you just need warmer bedding, clothing and heat measures. If its inside get work up for metabolic profile like thyroid etc. If all clear then no worries.
