My boyfriend and I have had sex many times. And I have never been able to orgasm. Recently, I started to feel like I was about to, but instead of cum, it was urine. After the first time it happened, it has happened every single time. I know it is urine because it smells like urine and it is yellow. Why do urinate instead of cum??

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The stimulation near the urethra can lead to bladder activity resulting in passing of urine. The female ejaculation at height of orgasm is also confused with sensation of urge to urinate. If the fluid is examined (from ejaculation), it shows different chemical composition than urine. It is difficult to comment on your symptoms (whether the fluid is urine or the female ejaculate). Visit your doctor/gynecologist for further clarification and assistance.
Take care.
