I need to know why people move around or shake when they hold in their urine for to long. I also need this because my Biology teacher said that he would add an extra 2% on our final grade for the people who got it right.

hold their urine
its a diversionary tactic to keep mind on other activity, rather than the urgent feeling of needing to urinate.
