I am 40 yrs young . The problem is I get a really strong smell down below between 1 and 3 weeks before my periods (even though I have an implant I still get them ) Can you tell me why that is and also what I can drink or do to get rid of it .. its awful

All woman have a smell, and it changes throughout her cycle. If this smell is very strong and nasty, it is time to see your doctor. It can be something as simple as a bacterial infection (like bacterial vaginosis - BV)
