I have recently been seeing really bright large white lights in my eyes. They are completely random shaped and one episode recently lasted around 40 minutes. When i look at something, for example, a person, i can see maybe one of their eyes, half of their hair, a chunk of their body etc. The episodes come on randomly and last for different periods of time. My eye pressure is normal and nothing else is wrong with my eyes as i had them checked by a doctor today. He explained that it is probably ocular migranes, but having read up on these i am unsure, especially as i dont see cresent moon shapes and it is in both eyes. Can anyone help and suggest what it could be etc as even though i saw a professional i have been left feeling uneasy and i would really like other opinions. I'm 17 years old and I am not over weight or unhealthy etc, however my father does have epilepsy, could this be anything to do with it?
Thank you for reading.

I have several fillings still from years ago with mercury in them. Are they really dangerous? Should I have them removed or is it just hype? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!.................
