Hello, Im 18 years old and used to be about 12 stone, I have always had a fairly balanced diet but recently i have had a pretty poor diet, i still eat fruit and veg but i eat alot of unhealthy foods whichh previously made me put on weight however in the last 2 months i have lost 2 stone but i am eating just the same as when i was putting weight on. I have dropped 2 dress sizes and it is falling off me literally and i dont know why. Im starting to get worried about it as it is not normal to be eating the foods i am yet to me loosing this much weight this quickly. Could anybody please help? I dont excersise so that cant be the cause of it and i feel i have been more tired than normal recently. I would really appreciate some help on this.

Thankyou

I think, given what you have written above, that you should consult your doctor for a check-up. Weight-loss that occurs for no apparent reason can be caused by a medical problem such as thyroid disorders, diabetes and others. Don't panic as many of the problems can be remedied with medication, but they can be serious if left untreated. I do urge you to get a check-up as soon as possible. Early treatment is the best way to have a good medical outcome.
