Why am I feeling vertigo?

When I focus too hard on things (reading, music, ect) or just normal thinking, I start to feel vertigo (but only for as long as im am in focus). what is this?

I read your question and i understand your concern. Dizziness on focussing needs a little vestibular functions and supportive treatment. take some antivert and dont worry.
