I had sex with my bf on august 9,08 and then had sex with someone else august 20,08. My first ultrasound was done on September 18,08 and it said I was 5 1/2 weeks. Just know I did not have a period during the month of August. My last period was July 9,08. Who could be the father?

It is always confusing if we do not know if the tables they are using for the scan GA works from your LMP or from ovulation. Unless you asked this, your due date will be much easier to work from.

With the dates you are giving sex with your bf were 31 days after your LMP and sex with the other guy 42 days after your LMP. This means that your cycle were between 45 days and 60 days long which is highly unlikely.
