whole body pain and muscle spasms
Posted: 07-12-05 14:08pm

Hi im new to this forum. For the last month my whole body has hurt joints and all. 2 weeks ago I went to the er with severe muscle spasms. Now after 2 weeks the muscle spasms and pain have gone away somewhat. I still experaince left side chest pain. Sharp pains. Now i'm very tired and feel like I have the flu. I just got tested for lyme disease but will know nothing for a week. Im ready to head to the hospital if this does not get any better. I have no fever or vomiting. I have lost weight not being able to eat alot. Anyone that has had simialar symptoms please let me know what I could do or what it could be. You know drs...They always say stress or anxiety. But at the time I have none. Im looking forward to some answers. :(

If you're experiencing left side chest pain.. It may lead to a heart attack... I'm not a doctor.. But this is the best answer I can come up with... Good luck.. =d hope you feel better soon :)

Ty for your response. I did go to the drs and things are pointing towards fibromyalgia. He is running like 10 more blood test for muscles and joints. Last night and this am I have felt really stiff and just yuck. I have found a geat support group called fibrohugs they are great people. Hope all stays well with you also....Ems :d
