INTELLIGENDER" BABY GENDER/SEX PREDICTION TEST
(Buyer Identity kept private)
Who are DNASHOP?
Quite simply we have just set up this E Bay name though we have several others already running (e.g. Fertilityplan - over 25,000 positive feedbacks) to market and sell a full range of DNA based products - this is the first.
What does buyer ID kept private mean?
This means that your identity is not shown at any time on eBay so no one knows who purchased this item except for you, as the buyer, and us, as the seller. When feedback is left for you the item number is not shown and against "Item Number" it simply states "private". If you want the transaction to remain completely private simply tell us on the "notes to buyer" when you purchase the item and we won't even leave you feedback
What is the test?
IntelliGender is a Gender Prediction Test (G.P.T.) that is a simple home urine test similar to a pregnancy test which identifies whether an expectant mum is having a boy or a girl.
First morning urine is collected in the collection cup provided in the G.P.T. kit. A measured amount is added to the test cup and the result is read within minutes. An orange colour represents a girl and a "smoky green" colour represents a boy (see examples below).
Laboratory tests have shown an accuracy rate over 90%, depending on the stage of pregnancy.
The test can be performed as early as ten weeks of pregnancy (eight weeks of gestation). A simple instruction sheet is provided with the test.
How do I perform the test?
It's easy. Just collect your first morning's urine and add the amount of urine indicated to the test kit. After 10 minutes, you match your colour result to either 'girl' or 'boy'
What does the test result look like?
The result is simple to interpret and will look like this:-
How soon can I perform the test?
We have found the best time to perform the test is between 10 and 34 weeks of gestation.
How accurate is the test?
In laboratory tests, IntelliGender Gender Prediction Test (G.P.T.). has proven up to 90% accurate. Factors which could affect the accuracy include: failing to use first morning's urine, not following instructions provided in the kit and diluted urine from drinking excessive liquid within 3 hours of performing the test.
It is interesting to know that the accuracy of a 14 week ultra-scan at the hospital is about 91% which is about the same as the Intelligender
What if I am having twins or multiples?
If you are pregnant with twins or multiples, the test will only be accurate if you are having all the same sex. Additionally, if you get a read of "girl", you can know that you are having all girls; however, if you get a read of "boy", you can only know that you are having at least one boy. You will not know if any of the other babies are a girl or not.
What if I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) or am on Progesterone treatment?
We recommend that you do not test while on Progesterone or at all if you have PCOS as you will likely get a "boy" result and we cannot promise the result will be accurate.
Dose sexually intimacy affect the results?
The manufactuer is testing that there may be a link between false boy results and recent sexual intimacy. We therefore recommend refraining from such activity for at least 24 hours prior to taking the test.
What is considered First Morning Urine if I am up numerous times during the night to urinate?
So long as you are not drinking excessive liquids during the night, you may use the urine that is voided at the time of waking for the day. Try to be sure it has been at least 2 1/2 hours since last voiding.
Can your test tell me if I am pregnant?
No. This is not a pregnancy test. You should perform an initial home pregnancy test (E.P.T.) and, subsequently, see your doctor for their confirmation of pregnancy.
Does this test mean that I do not need to see my healthcare provider since the only reason I was going to the doctor was to find out what I am having?
No! Prenatal care is very important. You should see your healthcare provider on a regular basis throughout your pregnancy to ensure the health of you and your baby. There is much more that your doctor looks for than just the sex of your baby.
