Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

Unprotected intercourse carries high risk of pregnancy even if done first time and chances are more during the ovulation time. Precum can also lead to pregnancy. If it has been less than 72 hours of the act then do consider taking emergency contraceptive pill for pregnancy prevention immediately.

Regarding the conception it cannot be detected right now as it would be too early and morning after pill/emeregency pill is the only method of prevention.Kindly avoid any contact without protection.

Take care!
