i was raped in the middle or end of march 2007?? and diddnt tell anyone. all the month of april i was having sex with my b/f. we were using the pull out method and also condoms. on april 20th we went without pulling out or condoms. i found out i was pregnant april 26th and my daughter was born january 4th. is my b/f the dad or the rapest. please help me. im getting a paternity test done in about two weeks but i would like an opinion

I am not sure

There may be a possibility that the rapest is the father if he didn't use a condom which normally they don't. But, then again your bf may be the father also because you can still get pregnant using the pull out method, and then you did it again this time not using the pull out method, and no condom more than likely your bf. But, you really wouldn't know until you get the results. Keep me posted on what happens.

will i looked on a pregnancy calender and it says if my daughter was born january 4th than the estimated conception date was april 13 and i was only with my b/f??? but im scared because i dont want the rapest to be the dad

Have you sought counciling after your rape? I know you don't want the rapist to be the father, but you shouldn't feel ashamed about the rape. It isn't your fault.

well i am in counsiling right well im pretty much over it. its just that i would rather my b/f be the dad so i dont have to deal with the stress of getting child support from the rapist. and hes in jail. hes not in jail because of me but for other stupid stuff. i havent told the courts or anytyhing about the rapist.
