I have this machine at home. Everytime i do it I get a reading of 125/80.
At the doctor Im always 140-150/90. I dont get it. I even went in the pharmacy today and did it on their machine, which i actually get nervous at...and it was 145/90. I thought maybe my machine is defective. I bot another one. Top of the line super tested and whatnot..
I bring it home, measure my BP and it gives me 120/80.
What am I supposed to think? Just trust my machine since they both cant be wrong? What should I do?

Having a high reading only when your blood pressure is measured away from your normal home environment, usually, doctors office, is know like having a white coat hypertension.
Have you been suggested 24-hour monitoring?
